SHIPPING POLICY

I offer free shipping on every order.

All rings are made and shipped to order, my processing times vary and are stated on the product page when ordering.

All UK orders will be posted with the Royal Mail, using their '1st Class Signed For' service.

I would expect your parcel to arrive within 1-2 working days.

All International orders are shipped with Royal Mail, using their 'International Tracked and Signed 5-7 Day' service.

Although this is described as a 5-7 day service I have found due to customs clearances you should allow up to 10 days for delivery.

All rings are shipped in an individual ring box within an external postage box for strength and waterproof postbag.

 

If your ring is being posted Internationally the outside of the package will be required by law to state the contents. A customs form will be affixed, so if you are ordering as a gift/ surprise for somebody who is likely to see the package arrive please provide an alternative postage address.

RETURN POLICY

I want everyone to be happy with their ring, so if you have any thoughts or concerns please contact me about them.

 

If your ring has arrived damaged or defective in some way, I will replace or refund it in full, upon the return of the original ring.

If you have had a sizing issue with your ring, I can usually resize a ring up or down around half a size, I will do this free of charge, but ask you to pay postage costs, if your ring is more than half a size out I will need to make a replacement, providing your ring is not engraved I will do this free of charge also.

 

If your ring features an engraving I will do my best to resize it, but can not offer a replacement, in this instance you will need to return using my 'changed mind' policy terms listed below, and order a replacement yourself.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase I will still offer a full refund. (excluding engraved rings)

 

If you have an engraved ring I would still like to assist you, in these instances I offer the following terms of return -

-  Your ring can be returned providing you have contacted me within 7 days of delivery, it is in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

- I only offer a 70% refund for changed mind returns, the 30% retained is to help cover some of my material costs, labour costs and postage costs.

- If you have an engraved ring, I can only offer a full refund if it is damaged of defective when you receive your delivery, as the engraving can not be removed.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
